A practicing Ohio Real Estate broker with over 34 years of experience, Alec Hagerty now spends over 90% of his time delivering high energy training, CE, and various designation programs to realtors and businesses nationally through his company, Knowledge Sponge Seminars, LLC.

Alec has been his board’s Realtor of the Year, Broker of the Year, and served as president twice. In 1997, he was voted Ohio’s Instructor of the Year and, in 1999, was proud to receive the Distinguished Real Estate Instructor designation from the National Real Estate Educators Association.  Alec is currently one of only 102 people in the world to hold that designation!

Alec has earned the ABR, ABR-M, CNE, CRB, C-CREC, e-Pro,  GHS, SHS, and SRES designations and certifications.

Alec’s personal passion is to help realtors achieve a higher level of professionalism by providing the best in relevant, meaningful, and fun education.
