John’s passion to expand business skills for a brighter future in individuals became an overwhelming desire and with over 25 years as professional negotiator led to the co-founding of the Real Estate Negotiation Institute.
Over the past seven years, John has surpassed the 6,000 hour mark of training and speaking on the subjects of Negotiations, Sales, Leadership, Management and Real Estate.
While working as a Senior Corporate Negotiator/Contract Administrator, John was fortunate to receive negotiation training from Jim Thomas the top choice of U.S. Presidents and their staffs for negotiating coaching and advice.
Leadership and Management roles have always been a part of John’s professional career due to his foundation of the 14 leadership traits taught by the United States Marine Corps. Having his signature on the planet Mars is one of several illustrations of how John maximizes and excels in all of his endeavors.
John began his real estate career in 1994 after retiring as a Senior Corporate Negotiator and having one goal in mind: to sell real estate with his wife. John has enjoyed a phenomenal real estate career over the years, receiving numerous sales awards, advancing in management to the position of Managing Broker for a firm of over 600 agents with 8 offices and becoming a published author.
In 2007, John received the distinction of receiving the coveted DREI credential (Distinguished Real Estate Instructor) from the Real Estate Educators Association. Currently there are only 84 individuals in the world to hold the designation.
While serving his country in the United States Marine Corps for 10 years, John worked diligently attending college at night and accomplished his goal of graduating with honors and earning a Bachelors degree in Business, with an emphasis in Mathematics and Pre-Law.
John’s hobbies include golfing, fishing, hiking, and traveling with his wife.
