Wayne PaprockiWayne is a member of the International Federation of Professional Speakers and the Real Estate Educators Association. He was the first Illinois recipient of the Distinguished Real Estate Instructor (DREI) designation and has conducted seminars in 38 states as well as Peoria. His audiences have ranged from 10 to over 10,000; with suspense, excitement, and humor he helps them break through their self-imposed barriers.

His Real estate sales volume was averaging 18.6 million in gross sales each year from 1990 -1992, when he left his selling career to travel and train agents across the country. Since then, Wayne has been working with top real estate producers and key corporate clients.

Wayne has been on the Graduate Realtors Institute faculty and has presented at the Master Sales Academy and the National Association of Realtors National Convention. He has been appointed by the Governor to serve as a member of the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation Real Estate Education Advisory Council which is responsible for all of Real Estate license law and education in the State of Illinois. He serves on the ARELLO National Fair Housing Advisory Group and was national president of the 3000+ member National Association of Marketing Education.
