Randy is a Negotiation Instructor and co-author of the highly successful Certified Short Sale Negotiation (CSSN) course. This cutting edge training is one of eight premier negotiation seminars offered through the Real Estate Negotiation Institute, the leading national negotiation training company serving the real estate industry.

Co-founder of the Phoenix Heritage Real Estate Group, AZ Short Sale Experts and Relevant Education in Real Estate, Randy and his business associates were on the front line helping homeowners and real estate professionals navigate the difficult and challenging path of Short Sale approvals in one of the most challenging markets since 2006. Negotiating at a volume of nearly 100 clients and over 40 banks on any given day, and having trained over 5,000 agents on the short sale process, their success has gained them a great reputation in the industry as the Go-To team for Short Sale Solutions.

With over 25 years of business, marketing, training and leadership experience from a cross-section of industries, Randy has a passion for helping others to succeed in their professional and personal life, a line that is often blurred in the real estate culture. His classroom style will cultivate a deeper sense of purpose and conviction that is contagious.
