Courses and Seminars
The RENI utilizes leading edge research and professional negotiation theory in all course offerings. Each course is designed to help real estate professionals achieve better results for their clients in different real estate negotiation situations.
We offer negotiation courses of varying lengths, from three hours up to multi-day. While individual negotiating seminars can be taken in any order, multi-day courses must be taken in sequence. For example, in the popular CNE course, Day 1 is a prerequisite for Day 2. Under certain circumstances, it is possible to attend multi-day courses on different seminar dates, as long as the days are completed in sequence.
Continuing Education Hours
It is RENI’s policy to submit our courses for CE credit hours in the states where we teach. In Arizona, the CNE negotiation seminar is approved by ADRE for 12 hours of CE credit as follows: Contract Law (3 hours) Legal Issues (3 hours), Agency (3 hours), General (3 hours).
CE credit hours for other states are listed with each course as appropriate. See the individual course listings for more details.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds are provided if cancellation is received in writing at least 72 hours prior to the start of the first day of negotiation workshops. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted prior to refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the beginning of the first day. However, full credit can be applied towards another seminar date.
“We brought Tom to Houston to give his negotiation seminar to 137 of our agents. Throughout the 2 days our agents remained highly enthusiastic and completely engaged in Tom’s material and training approach. The application of professional negotiation techniques to real estate negotiations allows agents to offer a much higher level of service to clients. The feedback from our agents who took the course was absolutely outstanding. We have never had as many compliments about any other training outside of Keller Williams University. We are definitely bringing Tom back for more training.” Carol Peyton, Team Leader Keller Williams Metropolitan
