Mastering Email Negotiations in Real Estate: This one-day course is part of our CNE 2 segment and covers negotiations by email, fax, text message, and instant messaging. The inherent difficulty of these written negotiations – where only your written words are used – is that your voice and body language are minor or non-existent parts of the process. Since research shows that your voice and non-verbal cues can be the most important factors in communication / negotiation, how can you negotiate effectively using only written words?  There are successful strategies.  As email negotiations become more common, it is important to know the techniques – both what to do and what not to do – to ensure the best possible outcome for your client and yourself.
