Short Sale Bank Negotiation Workshop
This 3 hour workshop will provide in-depth knowledge on:
– When and how to escalate with the seller’s bank in a short sale
– What to say or write to the bank negotiator or loss mitigator
– Tips on negotiating in writing via email or fax or letter
– How to re-negotiate with the seller and/or buyer after dealing with the bank
This is a hands-on workshop where you will review case studies of actual short sales. Students will leave this workshop with materials to assist them in negotiating with banks in a professional, effective manner.
Written negotiations typically lead to the least attractive outcomes in negotiations and the most hostility during the negotiations. Learn how to more effectively represent your client’s needs in writing, how to reduce or eliminate negative emotions in written communications, and how to significantly increase your odds of success in difficult written negotiations.
